Score is likely to be = 3, but really cannot be done. There is some confusion in this context. GCS is the best possible score. If someone is intubated and so cannot speak (but could have if the tube was out), then GCS cannot be scored. Score has to be done before intubation. Similarly, bilateral fractured arm cannot influence motor score.
