Interesting Dog Bite case

As many of you may know, I am a strong animal advocate. This story, although
pathetic, shows several aspects of irresponsible dog ownership as well as
inappropriate human behavior towards dogs.

 "Rice came down the street and asked Autry if the dog would bite," Coward
said. "Autry had the dog on a leash. He said, 'Yeah, he will bite
strangers,' and then Rice started making barking noises at the dog."

The dog lunged at Rice, tearing his right hand and leaving teeth marks down
his forearm and on his right thigh. Autry got in his car and left with the
dog, Coward said.
