Dear Dr. al Malik,

If you are looking for articles supporting the use of medical
helicopters in certain patient groups (trauma, cardiac, stroke,.etc)
in an urban environment, I am afraid you'll continue to be
disappointed. With the narrowed criteria (no combined missions, no
rural involvement, no military missions, etc.) as you mentioned, the
current literature doesn't support the use of medical helicopters on a
regular basis. I have quite an extensive literature (with universal
perspective) on this topic as I was involved in several similar
projects in the recent past and I'll be more than happy to share them
with you if you like.
