Hey Ron, what are the chances that this individual suffered some sort of 
complication of coagulopathy?  Its interesting to discuss the matter, but 
the bottom line was, we were not there.  It could have been too much fluid 
pre hospital, or somewhere else.  Or, it may have been something that was 
totally unavoidable.  Interesting to see what other details emerge from this 
case.  Anyone else have any suggestions as to what might have happened?
