I would be thrilled if I could attend the Las Vegas Trauma Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery course.  I am currently looking for a nursing position other than bedside nursing and may not be able to get off work that soon after starting a new job to attend. My background is Ben Taub Trauma/Emergency Center where I worked for 12 wonderful years. I was also disappointed with the off color postings.
