Dear All, Just to remind you that there is no *rule* on the Trauma-List that forces you to reply to an email. Please do not feel compelled to write responses, and do not feel guilty if you decide NOT to post an off-topic personal response to the entire list in reply to another off-topic personal email. It's true that the 3,000 members of the list value your rapid-response low-content comments on personal belief systems, circular arguments and recipe ideas, but they also understand you are busy and may not have the time to enter into personal discussions with each and every member. Despite that obvious fact that all members clearly registered to receive list discussions precisely for this purpose (with trauma care related discussion frankly being an excuse for a good old fashioned playground argument), the list members are an understanding bunch on the whole and will no doubt forgive members if they have to restrict their responses to less frequent, considered, on-topic postings related to trauma & critical care. Members are reminded that guidance on approved forms of argument can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y05EmK66Gsk Karim headmaster
