Difficult: Yes. Impossible: by no means. I think Moore, et al published a paper on that (out of Denver). Few complications. And, we are fortunate to have KCI's Rotoprone bed. Best way that I know of, otherwise, is to put another bed next to the patient and do a pancake flip to the other bed. Best of luck. Tough cases to be certain.
