Eleanor, My only experience with dalteparin was when I was a resident at Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH. Contact them: Steve Santanello is the director of trauma. Not sure who is in charge of the pharmacy. That's been several years ago, but in my 2 months on the service, I felt it was comparable, but can't recall the dose used.
