Ummmmm....point taken, but aren't those drawings and not actual autopsy

I've attached a picture taken from autopsy of a heart with traumatic
tamponade. You can clearly see the big black clot that compresses the
chambers. The myth about the blood that doesn't clot in the pericardium is a
misconception, just like the logic in doing pericardiocenthesis.
