HAAHAAHAHAHaahah! Haa! Ha. Huh? You're joking, yes? How can you not have noticed that the Office of Homeland Security has nothing whatever to do with essential health services -- and precious little to do with common sense? Spending tax money on healthcare infrastructure is tantamount to a domestic entitlement program; a slippery slope leading inexorably to SOCIALIZED MEDICINE! It would cost MILLIONS, simply to provide excellent medical services to AVERAGE AMERICANS! Don't you know we're fighting a WAR on TERROR?
