now what?

angio shows as expected branch occlusion and questionable sinusoidal 
extravasation. i might do another view to be sure but would probably embolize either 
way. proximal splenic artery coil will be adequate. 
 
would not immunize, has about 80% of spleen.
 
after coiling home in 2-3 days. 
not sure when to allow exercise, given injury prone patient
