Good morning,

I was asked to e-mail the list to determine if anyone uses blanket consents in their Trauma/Surgical ICU's for various line placement, or is a consent done separately for each event/procedure? (a-lines, CVC, swan etc.)

If so, would we be able to review the consent on or off line?
