Dear List,

It is with great regret that I must now punish Ken for his actions over the
last two days.  This punishment is has been sanctioned under Paragraph 85,
Subsection 3.8 of the Trauma-List Netiquette Code, "Loss of Faith in the
Great & Mysterious Trauma-List Backend Software".

Under the terms of this code, and with power vested in me by said authority,
it is my job, nay my duty, to mete out appropriate punishment to the
offender.  I gives me no sense of pleasure to have to do this to such a
long-serving member of our community, but the code is the code.  

Ken: Your punishment is contained in the attachment to this message.  This
is a security camera image taken of you while in London and during an
unexplained absence from the conference.  There had been some unconfirmed
reports of a well-dressed gentleman carrying a sign and accosting people in
the street around Kensignton in the previous 2 days, but these had been
dismissed until this image was published on an anonymous website.  I leave
you to draw your own conclusions.

As I say, it gives me absolutely no pleasure to do this...
