World history is a life long hobby of mine. I have lived in many countries where history has been made and is being made as we read what each other writes. The contributions of doctor leaders is a special interest. Doctors, even if they are paid by government have the same historic and traditional professional responsibility. Dr. Carmona demonstrated strong courage and leadership.
