Thanks for that information about our ranking above Slovenia.  Next time I 
consider moving, I will base my decision on the entirely unbiased World 
Health ranking provided in SICKO by the entirely unbiased Michael Moore.  I 
would bet that the only person less biased that Mr. Moore just might be 
me......Hmmmmmmmmm!

As for the "we die younger" bit....WOW!  I guess I have been caring for an 
entirely different population than the rest of the US.  Yes, trauma kills 
more people under the age of 40 than any other disease, but I could have 
sworn that I am seeing more elderly trauma patients than I have ever seen 
before.  I guess no one ever told them they were supposed to die a long time 
ago.........and I don't think I will be the one to give them that news.

In SICKO they showed the World Health ranking of each country.  We were just
above Slovenia.

Your hospital may have never turned anyone away but many die in this country
without being seen.  Many who have insurance don't get the treatment thier
doctors said they need.

We die younger.

But we're better than Slovenia.
