This will be a battle of the experts.  Believe me there will be a gut 
wrenching performance from the plaintiff's  barrister. Recall that justice is 
oftentimes blind, and if a jury is involved,  no one can predict what they will do, 
even in the face of science, ethics,  good sense and practice.   



Candi:     bring on the battle.      This one is easy to win, because both 
data, professional opinion, and the  culture for the past 15 years has taught us 
about futility issues,    wrongful life, and prolonging misery for patients 
and  families.     Join us as a witness for this trip to  Australia.     Who 
knows,   this group may need to  come to yours or my defense someday.
