Recall that justice is oftentimes blind, and if a jury is involved, no one can predict what they will do, even in the face of science, ethics, good sense and practice. Candi: bring on the battle. This one is easy to win, because both data, professional opinion, and the culture for the past 15 years has taught us about futility issues, wrongful life, and prolonging misery for patients and families.
