Hi Pret, Having recently undergone an ACS verification visit where we have "Nighthawks" from midnight to 7am, that did not cause a problem, BUT, there was close scrutiny of our QA process in terms of overreading the next am by the 'regular' staff and what the QA loop was when a discrepancy was found with the NIghthawk service in terms of feedback and error rates identified. So if you have a robust QA process and all other availabilities are intact, that should not be an issue for you. Best regards, Jon Jon C. Assume that quality is monitored within the performance improvement process, and that interventional radiology is available promptly. -- trauma-list : TRAUMA.ORG To change your settings or unsubscribe visit: http://www.trauma.org/traumalist.html
