I like your tag line about informed decision. Reminds of one of my ED docs
trying to explain something to someone of, well let us just say, not
encumbered by the benefits of the educational system. He was trying to
explain the need to do a certain exam which the patient refused to do (all
the while chomping and smacking her gum in a typical late teenage fashion).

He stated, "I am telling you this so you can make an
educated......................no, informed decision". I had to leave the
room before busting out laughing.
