Karim, Has any thought been given to making Trauma.org a "not-for-profit" organization, and then carry with it the ability to solicit grants from some of the thousands of grant giving and govt organizations that are out there. I dont think there is a more perfect example of information sharing and peer review on a global level for trauma care then trauma.org and the list. Some of them could drop millions into the pot to keep things going.
