We use tertiary surveys on every trauma patient 12-24 hours after  admission. 
 We may even repeat it when  ETOH/Substances/ significant  distracting 
injuries are involved.  IT is perfromed by the person  doing rounds at that time, 
i.e attending, NP, PGY1-3
