Answering for some questions - brachial plexus ok


Xray showing our way of treatment :

-plating of humerus - we decided not for nailing because of very 
narrow,short  humerus , only antegrade nailing possible in our hospital 
, we decided plating would be better for our patient  hjoever if 
retrograde nail available  , we would nail it
-plating of clavicle
-fracture of neck of scapula - treatment with conservative managment , 
early mobilisation ( collar and cuff )

Postop neurovascular status ok
started with early phisio
