Until both sides 'sing the same song, in tune, from the same song
sheet', take it on the chin....what happens after transfer is their
responsibility. In a number of UK hospitals, paramedics are now being
employed within A&E and attitudes amongst A&E staff to this scenario in
those hospitals have changed significantly!

Dave,
   Thats exactly my point but even after all that dont the ER doctors
still yell at ypu for not boarding and collaring the PT. I although am a
firm believer that if you c/o neck and back and or the MOI  states
c-spine your gettin boarded
