Interestingly enough, Ken, as I believe you and I discussed around  that 
time, I could get a Burn Attending (actually, the Burn Center nurses  handled most 
of those transfers, and the Burn Attendings were only needed if  I required 
further advice on how to package/sedate a particularly complex  case), I could 
get a Medicine Attending, I could get a Peds Attending, and I  could even get 
a Neurosurgical Attending (Anil Nanda's group was great about  that) but for 
some reason, the best I could get for trauma service was a  Fellow....and they 
still wanted the images before accepting...
