What was the patient doing in the "CT scan 2 hours after arrival "
with a "systolic BP 0f 40-60" ??

The purpose of the ER in this patient was to wave to the patient on the way
to the OR from the ambulance dock. The patient should have been in the EC
and imaging location no longer than about 45 seconds. I will go out on a
limb and state that this patient has a survivable injury for any hospital with
a board certified general surgeon who knows how to pick up a Bard Parker.
