Mike,
I took the TBI provider course during my paramedic refresher in april and if I remember correctly that instances when the SBP dropped below 90, the mortality rate increased in the out of hospital setting. Unless they had made a recent change.
I havent really been following the convo about ketamine v etomidate much.
