If you are lucky!! Have you ever been on the LIE (Long Island Expressway) or the Cross Bronx Expressway, or I-95 or I-91 or the Merritt Parkway during rush hour, or if there were a crash 9 miles ahead? I have. And I could have WALKED that 9 miles faster than I could drive. without chest pain and never getting out of breath for that matter - and I am 56 and not exactly in great shape.
