Yes  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  And there
are many area's of the country where that might even be worse, Atlanta, Los
Angeles, perhaps Pittsburgh
