Not forgetting a predominance of politically powerful BLS First Aid Squads
as well.

The patients best clinical interests are certainly often not addressed in
NJ.

EMS in New Jersey has always been a problematic concept. 

Ground and Air Services are continuously compromised by territorialism,
politics, and grossly outdated laws dating back decades. 

Until these items are fixed there can be no improvement.
