ITLS is more scalable and has more emphasis on field/austere enviroments  
than ATLS. In addition, the cost is much lower, and reduced fees are also  
available.
 
While not to the level of complexity of the ATLS program, I was favorably  
impressed by the information put out during the recent course that was held at  
my facility.
