Dear Matt: Here in Uruguay we have developed a course of trauma care based in a modification of U of Santander (Spain) one?s. It was bought in the 90ies and has been given free for all country surgical residents of the last 6 generations. Now we are developing one in surgical manouvers in trauma patient.
