20 Dead from Shooting.   Number of injuried unknown right  now.  

First our concerns and prayers are extended to the families and friends of  
those killed and wounded.  

Second:   It is possible that Roanoke facilities might have a  great surge of 
wounded and near wounded.  

Third:  Integration Collaborative Network - THIS WEB SITE - can be of  
assistance.   

We should NOT all rush to Roanoke, but perhaps those close by (Richmond,  
etc. ) can be of assistance by transfering OUT of Roanoke the minor conditions  
or non-wounded patients from their ECs, to make their critical care more  
effective.  

Let us help where we can by direct assistance, and help where we can by  
staying away and not innumdating the health workers with inquiries.
