Disaster (mini-disaster) in US NorthEast

A late Spring snow storm has brought havoc to the Northeastern part of the  
United States.   The personnel on these lists might appreciate a  report from 
members regarding just what happened, whether or not it affected  medical 
functions, how sick patients got to facilities, whether or not hospital  and clinic 
personnel were able to get to work, and whether or not there were any  
medical or other incident commands established.   
 
It is obvious to me that climatic conditions produce some of the most  severe 
interruptions in our societal functions and challenges to ability to  
practice medicine.
