Heart Rate: Is It Truly a Vital Sign?

It is worthwhile to have sufficient numbers to add crediblity to changing
the concept because it is something that is widely repeated.  This is also
a good example of the types of studies that can be done with information
technology from a database with much less effort than a chart review.
