Because our politicians, hospital administrators, HMOs, etc. have convinced  
the patients that access to health care is a RIGHT.      WRONG.       
 
And we have been silent on the issues and have accepted the economic  
shiftings to the point that surgeons are not paid for the work they actually  do.
