Pregnant Female with EDH

Dear all,

Dr.Jacob John from Kollam,Kerala,India.

EDH - Small size,Two days post trauma,No mass
effect,GCS 15,- no need for evacuation.

Only analgesics and observation.

Even if non pregnant,conservative management will not
harm.

Her headache must be due to the SAH also.
