Isolated femur fractures and pubic rami fractures

We have four levels of activation. The injuries listed below fall into our 3rd level but have to be associated with a significant MOI (ie. high-speed MVC, Fall >15ft.,Autoped, Assault/Child abuse, MCC/ATV/Large animal). The patients in this level are put into a "Fast Track" to expedite their workup and the trauma surgeon has 30 minutes from notification to see the patient.
