Warmed fluids in the bus

I once saw somekind of dressing for the ampule+set, which is suppose to
warmed fluids warm throughout infusion, but I have never seen it usedor even
sitting in a bus.

By the way- why warm only during winter? A hemorrhaged pateint is in risk of
hypothermia even in a hot summer day.
