Dave, I think the bougie is approved in Massachusetts. I do however, think that your medical control physician needs to approve the training and implementation for its use. I maybe wrong but I think you are able to have it on board the trucks. By the way I'm not sure if you saw my posting on the Howland locks. Check them out.
