We've had many interesting discussions over the years...and I have only one  
request:
 
Please clone yourself a few times so that your style of surgical expertise  
can be spread a bit further...
 
I will admit that my experiences since moving to Missouri have been much  
more in line with the 'COT Ideal' than what I saw down in Louisiana. The level 1  
trauma centers at Mizzou in Columbia and Research Hospital in KC have both 
been  great about accepting trauma cases without the need of doing a whole lot 
of  'small hospital workup' prior to transfer.
