Emergency Medicine congress

No, the server is in its prime of physical fitness and mental agility.

Tim's original message didn't get through because it was addressed to
multiple recipients, these messages get held to prevent list spam. Any
variation in messages you get if you are subscribed via two different email
addresses will depend on your list settings and any restrictions/filters
your local ISP employs.

I log in from two separate accounts (home and hospital), and I've noticed
that my received messages vary from one locale to another. Is there a
problem with the server?
