didn't  offer it, at least until I was already gone. I'm asking whether the 
move  should have been a primary consideration by the FIRST physician who  
attended him.




on the continuum of care espoused by the BTLS/PHTLS/ATLS programs, rapid  
neurosurgery evaluation of this patient should have been entertained by the  
first professional rescuer who came in contact with the patient...not just the  
first physician.
