Richard,

I have a few questions regarding your case:
1) At the first hospital, were bilateral chest tubes placed as part of your initial attempts at reanimation/resuscitation? If so, was the patient exsanguinating from the chest wound?
2) Were there any clinical signs suggesting cardiac tamponade or tension pneumothorax?
3) Do you know what the cause of death was?
