Subject: "SAVED" Negative portrait of EMS

This is being posted to ask for your help in stopping this barrage of
negative images television is projecting about the EMS Profession.
Here
is a brief statement concerning one of the newest incidences, with
contact information for TNT listed at the end. Thanks

TNT will be airing a "series" beginning in June, portraying a very
 negative image of EMS.

Below is an excerpt from TNT's web site. The trailer they show on
 their
web sit is NOT what I witnessed on television this week.

["SAVED" tells the story of Wyatt Cole (Scott), a medical-school
 dropout
and compulsive gambler who becomes an EMT in Portland. The series
follows him as he makes his way through the minefield that is his
24-hour shift and finds his only solace in the job's breakneck pace.]

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
 Victoria Hicken, RN
 Eric Hicken, MICP

TNT's email address for comments is below as well as a contact-us list
 for letters and phone calls.

There is also a message board forum on their web page. Please let them
know how you feel about this continued negative portrait of the EMS
 Profession.

 Thanks,
