Subject: Surgery Interns & ATLS

For those trauma centers that provide ATLS courses, and have Surgery
Residents, what is your policy for the incoming surgery interns? Do you have
them take ATLS early in their first year, e.g., late June or early July? Or,
do you place them in an ATLS course sometime during their residency?
