It looked like something you would see if the leads were reversed or in the OR when the surgeon has the heart elevated looking at the back of the heart after coming off CPB. I will explain the EKG variance on this evenings post -# 8, but because you asked, the thoracic surgery fellow thought this must represent a new event and was a "heart attack." The thoracic surgery staff did not think so. k
