Sal, Images are archived (1) only if you are credentialed, and (2) only in the patient's chart. The formal report consists of "FAST positive-negtative-indeterminate on the trauma activation flow sheet. I am going to assume that if we dictated a formal radiologist-type report, we might get paid, but I have a hard enough time getting some of these folks to print the damn images out with a patient name or MR# on them!
