We credential.  We do NOT charge for FAST as part of trauma eval.  We
WILL charge for FAST when used for reasons not related to initial
resuscitation.

Doing a survey on FAST credentialing practices and whether or not you
charge for it individually or as part of an activation fee.  Thank you
