  Here in europe as wel the CPR protocols have changes---see european resucitacion council web site--www.ERC.org---. The canges were preposed after conforencing of all the major resuscitacion councils in Texas last year.

  My last asistole cardiac arest i falled the 30: 2 recomendacions--for the ambulance technicians more work doing the 30 compresions but gave me more time to prepare the intubacion etc, this also applies for the 2 minutes instead of the previous 1 minute between cardio-conversion.
