One question I have about this case Dean. What were the "unsurvivable injuries" seen on CT? It is easy to comment about the "humane thing to do" or our "obligations", but I believe that should be tempered by the actual clinical circumstances. If the CT for instance showed a brain extrusion with massive loss of brain matter, what would be the "obligation"?
