I'm on my 3rd Ultrascope stethscope.  I used to use it on our C-141 BEFORE 
takeoff, nothing works while those engines are running.  I have used it at 
public sports events, triage through clothes (due to lack of privacy) and just in a 
generally busy ED. I LOVE IT.  I think they have a money back guarantee.
